Refund and Return Policy

Overview

At Studio K Made, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us within the 30-day window to receive a return authorization code. All returns must be processed through our customer service team first.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized Items

Items with customer names, initials, or personal details cannot be returned unless the item was damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect.

Custom Items

Custom items (without personalization) may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis, subject to inspection and approval. Custom items must be in perfect, unused condition.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads or software products
  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items missing original packaging or components

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at [your email address] within 30 days of delivery
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization code and shipping instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include the return authorization code with your shipment
  4. Ship to Us: Send your item to our designated return address (provided with authorization)

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition due to customer damage
  • Items missing parts or packaging (not due to our error)
  • Items returned without proper authorization

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if we sent the wrong item. For exchanges, email us at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the defective/damaged item.

Note: Custom and personalized items can only be exchanged if there was a manufacturing error or shipping damage.

Gift Returns

  • Items marked as gifts receive store credit equal to the item’s value
  • Items not marked as gifts will have refunds sent to the original purchaser
  • Gift certificates will be issued for approved gift returns

Shipping for Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • The item was defective or damaged during shipping
  • We sent the incorrect item
  • There was an error on our part

For high-value returns, we recommend using trackable shipping with insurance. Studio K Made, LLC is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Return Address: Your return address will be provided with your return authorization code.

Processing Time

  • Return inspection: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Exchange shipping: 5-7 business days for in-stock items
